Pleasant

Great hotel but dont eat there & rooms are a bit tired

Bar area was lovely, location is great They had free electric car chargers

Hardly any storage in the bedroom, the bed was so so hard & we had a meal in the restaurant which was awful & expensive & we waited along time to be served we went to just speak to someone the next morning & got told to write an email

Not a 4 star hotel - needs major renovation

Location and the covered courtyard

Very grubby rooms. Very dated. Carpets very grubby. Decor dated. Terrible quality of bed, pillows and linen. The hotel needs a major renovation. Grossly overpriced. We complained and got a discount. But I still felt ripped off given the price per night. Its a dated 3 staff hotel with a nice bar.

Disappointing

The covered atrium looked great

The reception and bar staff were not welcoming or helpful. It was difficult to get service or assistance. The carpets in the room and corridors were stained and threadbare.
