Satisfied immediate needs. We will think twice to book this hotel for our next annual visit.

The room was clean. The location is very good. Private parking. Staff very nice at check-in

The terrass walls were kept down and could not enjoy spending time on the terrace due to wind and rain. In many previous years, the terrace was a paradise and we enjoyied late evening drinks there. Unpleasant tea (to our taste) was provided in the room. When requesting different aromas the receptionist lady replied that this is what is available. To our luck, the receptionist gentleman new where to find different aromas. The lift broke down twice in the 24 hours we spent there. Our room was on one of the higher floors, 6 I think.

We enjoyed our stay very much

Good location, great sunrises from our bedroom window. Staff on reception nice,very especially the man whose name I didn't get, but I think he was from Greece. Enjoyed our first visit to Lille, a beautiful city.

Dishwasher may need some rinse aid, plates not shiny clean. First day scrambled eggs very nice, next two days they were cold. The rest of the breakfast was good.

Central and easy to walk to areas of Lille Comfortable bedroom and helpful staff

No facility to eat in the hotel at night other than room service but plenty of restaurants nearby

Super Location in Lille

Well positioned for both Old Lille and Grand Place. Good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff. Good size room but paid extra for it. Quirky windows.

A fair amount of street noise on Saturday night, even on the top floor. Not the cheapest.

Disappointing

Friendly staff but clearly needs better management and attention to detail.

Staff were friendly and helpful even with the language barrier they really tried and we felt welcomed.

The whole hotel stunk. The hall to our room smelled of feces and our room smelled of damp. You could see the water damage up the walls and around the baseboards from the poor design of the shower and drain in the bathroom.
