Dirty, disgusting and unfriendly

Location of the place was fantastic. It was close to subway/rail stations which makes traveling around the city easier. The room is spacious and basically looks like a studio apartment. It's also close to a good amount of food options and the famous Calle Florida for any leather shopping.

Cleanliness was not good at all. There were ants in the bathroom and the utensils/pots/kettles etc for communal use in the kitchen were so dirty and disgusting. There is not enough toilet paper for a multiday stay. Staff always seemed annoyed and unfriendly when we would go ask for something or did not feel like helping us during our stay because apparently we were interrupting their socializing time. There is also a couch in the room we had, but it was covered in dirt, dust and who knows what else. It was not useable nor was it ever cleaned/washed. There was nothing in the room we can put our suitcases. It's a spacious room, but there's no furniture or a luggage holder so we were forced to open our luggage and items on the floor. The window in our room also did not close all the way so you can hear the window howling and the window slamming. Maintenance, cleanliness and staff helpfulness did not meet expectations.

A room with a noise

Location comfortable bed nice room

Its impossible to sleep because you can hear the engine of the air conditioning box of the other flats It was a constant noise and you can hear it even with close window If you are a light sleeper it could be a big problem .

Buenos Aires is very nice city and Hotel is in the Centre

- Swimming pool not open at weekend - Long code also during day for entering hotel, even waiter is at reception - Bathroom is not nice (Ventilaion is not running, no Brush for Toilette)
