    Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff!
    We were only in Buenos Aires for a few days and this was the perfect little hotel. Great location and good security with a doorman to always let you in. Hotel staff were super friendly and helped answer all my questions during my stay. We had the family room and while rooms are not very big, the main lobby is open all day with water and coffee available, so that was where we would hang out when back at the hotel. Staff offered to have a breakfast to go ready for us on final day since we were leaving for airport well before service started. Like the simplicity of this modern hotel.

    The location is excellent! Close to the metro, shops and restaurants. Very close to the obelisk too!
    The bed is comfortable and the staffs are very friendly. You can place your suitcases/bag before the check in!
    There is no bath soap. The shampoo and conditioner are in a pump on the wall, but ours were broken and we couldn't use them.

    There was a bottleneck of people in the lobby near the elevator and reception area.

    The hotel is well located but the rooms are very noise and i could not rest peacefully.
    There were guests making noise all night long.

    A good experience
    The location is perfect, the staff was really kind, the breakfast was delicious, the decoration of the hotel is amazing. Overall was a good experience for me and my family.
    The room is a little small (but not uncomfortable). The shower's door didn't close well, so the floor outside was really wet after using it.

    I really like the location, the staff was very friendly. The man at the entrance door, was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast fresh and good. We were one night only in BA, but we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
