    Clean and pleasant hotel in an excellent location, with very friendly staff.
    Amazing location, excellent view of old town from window. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was very tidy with good facilities. Reception and cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful
    Curtains let quite a bit of light in

    Kindness goes a long way. You can always stop being nice to customers if you dont need customers.
    Lucerne is a nice place for a day. Front desk staff esp the one who checked us in on Sunday, 17 Dec and Aziz.
    Had a very bad experience with lady from the restaurant - we asked a favour to use the microwave for 4 mins to heat store-bought food from Coop supermarket for my daughter and she rudely said they dont have microwave. My son asked front desk staff who gladly said he could help heat it up but the lady told him not to do it for hygiene reasons. I couldnt accept the fact that a person could just lie like that just to deny the use of a microwave for few mins. I had to go back to supermarket where staff gladly heated up food for me - he was saying that most hotels help with little things like that - but not this hotel. Talk about hygiene - I woke up seeing filthy blood stains on my duvet which I asked them to change after our first night - it was only changed after asking them twice. Thankfully they changed it on our last night - 3rd night. A bit high-nosed for a 3-star to a point they make you feel they dont need your business. No value for customer service even after staying there for 3 nights. Front desk staff are nice, theyre the only reason I had given a 7, couldve been lower because the experience really left a bad taste for me and my family. Nearly ruined our stay in Lucerne which was a pretty nice place.

    Perfect Location
    Location was perfect. Walking distance from the train station. And located in center of historal city center. Easy to walk to everything close by.
    Room was a little small and bed was not very comfortable.

    Love the Breakfast
    My family and I really love the breakfast. They offer so many varieties. We were spending more time eating the breakfast before heading out. Had a nice view of the other buildings wall mural.
    The room is a little small for a family of 4. It was a little squeezy for us to open our luggage. Not a big complain as I knew the layout of the room when I booked it.
