Hotel with potential...

The building is beautiful as it is a quite new hotel, big rooms, big bathroom, balcony with a view on mountains and pool, chairs and table for sitting and small hangers for wet clothing. I loved everything about the hotel as per its look. Location was perfect, close to the ocean and beautiful garden beach, shops and few minutes to the main bus station. In plus the checkout was at 12 so enough time to leave. Cleaning every day if you need and want. Hotel offers some trips, there are shops inside and I really liked. It was better than in the photos on the Internet. Mostly visitors are German seniors so it is quiet.

It started not nicely as I was charged almost 20euros more as the payment terminal was i guess broken, i chose not to pay in my original currency but euro but it charged me in my original currency so the euro i had on my card was exchanged into PLN and then PLN into euro again with such bad rates. It is not fair, i feel you stole my money. The staff did not care for it and I was too tired after 12h of travel to argue. Pool was nice but all the time towels left on the beds so there was not enough space and it was december. Water was not warmed as booking stated. The only bad thing was the food. All of the meat tasted like dog food. I had only breakfast option and end up eating bread with butter one day as there was nothing better. Poor veggies option and all the time all dry food even if I came at 7 when it started. Cold, dry, tasteless, others in the comments had the same impression. I was surprised that the stuff was using the pool during the day with guests, 2 times they were recording videos in the middle of my stay so I wasn't comfortable swimming and being on camera. It took them so long, it could have been taken before or after closing the pool for guests but no..they took so much time of my stay.

Most staff were polite and the hotel overall was very clean and spacious.

The staff in the indoor gym and pool were very rude I would avoid it at all costs. The breakfast was good but got a bit repetitive without much variety.
