    For the price I would stay at a different place and definitely is not a 4 star hotel, personally I would rate it 2.5 as
    The staff was really good, the cleaning team was great too.
    Not having double beds for couples, and the construction happening right on the front busting the view , the futebol camp just in front of the view having kids playing all day along with noises and screaming and the repeated food every day and night .

    A perfectly situated Hotel with welcoming atmosphere and staff.
    Breakfast contained a vast selection of food, all fresh and tasty. The Breakfast/Restaurant salon is spacious and welcoming. We stayed both at Christmas and New Year and at both occations we were all served a fantastic Evening Buffet dinner, this was included in our stay. A very fine and much appreciated gesture from the Hotel.

    Rooms need renovation
    I really liked the location of the hotel - with a sea view, close to the beach but at the same time in a calmer part of the town. The breakfast was tasty and they served churros, which is always a plus.
    This hotel had its best years some time ago, and you can feel it in the rooms especially. There was a specific camping smell inside, even though the bathroom was cleaned everyday. Also, the TV was so old, that it was snowing, which I haven't seen in a while. For this price it wasn't worth it.

    Room was a good size ,however in need of TLC, Restaurant was ok ,food acceptable
    only one lift working for the whole week serving 7 floors and over 150 rooms and no info as to when it was being put into service, also up buttons were not functioning on lower floors.

    Google the place if you thinking of a seaview!
    Its a good hotel, breakfast was great, good selection of food, pancakes and cappuccino machines. I went out to have dinner, the Peruvian restaurant was the best around 3 mins away.
    The Seaview! Google the place - I forgot... theres a massive construction at the front of the hotel, and beside, a football field. When the construction workers away, the kids playing all day, horns, screaming, everything you can imagine until 10pm. The pool side is warm and welcoming, the seaview is cold and unsettling.

    The only plus is the location and food.
    The hotel is incredibly dirty. Cockroaches appeared in the room three times during our 4-day stay. Dirt and dust - as in the attached photos. Good - I didn't use the dryer, because I had to look at it with a disgust. The ventilation in the bathroom smells of something dead or moldy. The stench spreads throughout the room. Wi-fi did not work in our room, only outside it. The electricity in the socket sometimes charged the phone and sometimes didn't.

    Loved my stay at the hotel, was a bit afraid about the breakfast because of the reviews, but everything was great, very kind staff, always available, really good location, will come back
    They have a small problem with the lifts, there is only one working, breakfast and dinner time dont bother taking the lift, just take the stairs

    Overall its good , but you can improve
    It was close to the beach we like .
    Small room , shouldve been a small corner with a mini fridge and coffee machine There was only one elevator for 8 floors available, so I had to walk down many times from the 6th floor. There was one duvet missing in one of our beds we asked for it but nobody was able to help in the reception nor the housekeepeers, so we gave up asking . Also the balconies are not separated , so there was lack of privacy, I didnt get the idea to be honest .
