    Very welcoming and helpfull staff. Close to the beach.
    Very friendly and helpful staff. We had half board. Wifi was good and media streaming. Very close to bus station and supermarket. There are also parking spaces if you rent a car. The nearest beach is 300 meters down the street.
    Furniture is a bit outdated. The mattress is too soft for my opinion. Everything else was great.

    close to the beach, the terrace, lots of space, huge variety at breakfast buffet, entertainment like a massage chair, billiard etc.
    people smoking next to the pool and on the balcony the coffee (coloured water) and the juice (pure sugar) at breakfast

    The room was not well decorated need renovation no tea making facilities the hotel had work men outside and scaffolding which we were not told about

    The hotel was at an amazing location and the staff at the restaurant is amazing. The food is great and the hotel is great value for money. The city has a lot to offer and you are well connected if wanting to see the rest of Tenerife. The natural pools are wonderful and close by bus.
    The bathrooms could be cleaner.
