    This hotel does everything well
    The hotel is amazing, great location only a few minutes walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, The food is good and alot of choice so suitable for everyone. The staff are absolutely incredible at this hotel, so friendly and helpful. There are snacks around the pool too in the day! Would highly recommend.

    Good for active travelers who need to oversleep between the trips.
    LOCATION: the city itself is quite steep, so living near the beach and the centre was perfect. 2 beaches are nearby, there are outdoor pools close-by (Martianez), bus stop to LORO park is just over the corner, supermarkets are all around. ACTIVITIES: there is LORO park by feet + free train, Teide within 1 hour by car, Santa Cruz within 30min by car, botanic garden, 2 beaches... good location for trips. STAFF: everybody was smiling, no complain here FOOD: good. tasty, we could select what we wanted, we loved churros, breakfast includes drinks, but dinner has paid drinks.
    PARKING: there is no way to park your car near the hotel, unless you have a reserved spot at the hotel parking lot (25 / 3 days) or paying even more in the nearby shopping centre. My advice is to park next to "Faro de Puerto Cruz", which is like 15min walk, it is for free and there is always some spot. SWIMMING POOL: the area is visually exposed to the street, there is cold water, and we simply did not like it. NO FAMILY HOLIDAY: if you are traveling with kids.. the room is small, TV is only like 20inch, has no USB port (we always carry a USB with movies and tales for kids) and no smart function (no netflix, no youtube, no amazon prime..). We saw it more like a B&B for our trips - which worked perfectly. FACILITIES: older looking hotel, maybe I would give it 3, maximum 3,5 stars considering european standards that we experienced. 4-star hotel that we stayed at a different location in Tenerife looked much better.

    I wouldnt go back only because the hotel was dated but if your wanting a cheap week in the sunshine then its is perfec
    Cheap and cheerful breakfast had good variety.
    Its a little dated but clean and tidy, lots of broken sun loungers they arent comfy at all which annoy me, they arent expensive to replace.

    reception staff was below standard and does nog know good service. checking in they made a big drama that not a single room was available before the 3PM official check in time which is OK but not great.... issue was that internet was not working and they simply said well just work in the lobby area where internet was working .... after pushing back I got another room... Then when I wanted to go to the swimming pool I asked for a towel and I was told to put down a deposit ......well kind of pushing it but well ok I said put it on the room or card ... No not possible it had to be cash only .....???? Well there is an ATM 1KM away.... Pffff crazy if you ask me

    Recommend for a short stay without meals!
    Location. Hotel crowded with guests only because it is the cheapest in Martianez which offers all inclusive.
    Air conditioning does not work! If you get a room facing the street, on a sunny day the room will be as hot as a sauna!!! I had breakfasts and dinner included. Food of poor quality. The way of serving was very sloppy and you may have concerns about compliance with hygiene rules, for example, the boiled eggs stank - they were certainly from the previous day.

    The hotel is very old and need to be renovated as soon as possible. The air conditioner didnt work and was very hot, they changed us to a different room but it was the same.
