Superb

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

On a steep hill. Walking down was easy but back was a battle especially in the heat.

Breakfast Perfect, room cozy and spaceous. Clean. Hotel is uphill but its close to Beach. There is free parking near hotel and mamy shops.

Exceeded my expectations.

The Suite had been recently renovated and was super modern and also very clean. There was plenty of space, 2 tvs and a desk. Also a balcony. The hotel had also been renovated and had great christmas decoration.

The breakfast was ok but it could have been better. However, it's aligned with the price we paid per night. I'd give it a 7/10. Apart from that, not complaints at all. I would book a room in the hotel again.

The rooms were big and newly renovated, very comfortable beds, very clean, beautifull view to the ocean. Good and rich breakfest. Very quiet. (Room 7004).Live music and shows in the evening.

Superb. Perfect.

The suite was excellent and very nice. My special request was appreciated and the room was allocated accordingly (very big plus). The suite was quiet and had a very nice sea view. All the units have been refurbished so they look like brand new. The lobby and other community areas are also very stylish and nice. The My favourite club included personalized check-in, and we had the greatest receptionists ever: Javier was a real ace and very helpful throughout our stay <3. The swimming pool is big enough and has a nice view, it is heated. There were enough sunbeds. The hotel is big but of human scale. Even if fully booked, there were free tables/sunbeds. However, you have to walk a lot. The breakfast is very good, not an extremely wide selection but you could find your choice during your stay. Appropriate quality. Good and freshly baked breads. There is a counter for preparing eggs and pancakes as you want. The staff is very helpful, attentive and efficient. Parking can be tricky but you can find a place for sure a little further away. Wifi was very good. Location is also very good. The rooms are quiet, sound proofed to the outside. You cannot really hear the neighbors either. The beds are super comfy! You can sleep very well. Smoking is not allowed (but there can be people smoking on their balcony and that can be disturbing if very close). There are Nespresso machines in the room - I don't drink coffee but it can be an information for those who love it. There is a night programme going on every evening which is good for those who like those hotel animation things, but noisy for those trying to relax in the room. However, it is tolerable. Often there is a mini market in the lobby with locals selling hand made items. I especially liked the rooster living near to the hotel and coming to the breakfast area every day :-D I have never been to a hotel with a private rooster. :-) And, Javier is the best!

Only minor things, of no real importance. Maybe these fields would be improved in the future. The tea offered could be of better quality. Multivitamin tap was not working at the breakfast. The My favourite club providing snacks, soda and beer was very useful after a hard day of walking, but very often, it ran out of food and was not refilled. And, it is open from 11 to 18 so you may not use it at all while you are out to visit Tenerife during the day. It would be a good idea to give access to it until late. Breakfast could be offered until 11. A deposit must be given for the towels at the swimming pool which is a little bit cumbersome. The long corridors (to the pool, breakfast area, rooms) are white and very dull. Most probably they will be decorated later as part of total refurbishment.
