Exceptional

One of the best hotels in Europe

We travel a lot and I would say this was one of the best hotel we stayed in Europe. The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel staff was carrying and always so helpful. Big thank you to the restaurant manager - it was my boyfriends birhday and he manage to set up a table with nice deciration and champange for us. Excellent drink and food every day. Deffinetly would recomend this hotel. Sending my parents for a vacation there and I hope we will be soon back as well. Thank you again!

Good place and a good value for money. But tv recepetion was no good and wifi was unusable.

The employees were very kind and attentive; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner had good variety and quality was good as well; Pool facilities were good and the entertainment was very good. Kudos to the entertainment staff.

Half of English channels on the room tv were not working, we reached out to the reception 3 times in 3 different days to have it fixed but it never worked. WiFi in the property was very bad not usable at all. If there are multiple people in the pool connected to the wifi you will not have a decent connection (sometimes even opening a simple website was not possible). We did reach out to the reception due to this issue but they said they could not assist. So, no tv in the room nor wifi, pretty disappointing experience considering the rest.
