    Great hotel! Great park!
    Location is great, inside the park with a view to Kilimanjaro. Staff is always there to help you and the food in every station of the restaurant is just great.
    Hard to find something that you didnt like here.

    Though I paid $3150/- to Amboseli Serena directly , booking. Com charged my credit card $1420/- towards two bookings.

    This is a beautiful lodge with a superb location overlooking a lake. So peaceful and quiet!
    The meals were buffet and the selections were excellent. You could design your own pasta and omelets. The rooms were spacious and had outside sitting areas. The landscaping and grounds were immaculate. The selection in the gift shop was the best I saw on my entire trip in Kenya and Tanzania.
    There was nothing that I didn't like.

    Beautiful views, great food, outdoor dining, amazing massage
    Keys are difficult to use; when we checked in, a small group insisted on bringing our luggage to our room even though we said we could do it. They didnt leave the room until we tipped them, and it was very awkward.
