Location and staff were superb

Poor sound proofing of rooms as could a couple have extremely loud sex for over an hour and that was quite embarrassing. Also poor selection and variety for breakfast and coffee machine indeed quite slow. Also staff kept talking to a guest at breakfast and sharing her number with him to meet up later for a date. Quite unprofessional indeed.

Nice comfortable hotel but the area has a lot of Western losers looking for love

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have a nice rooftop pool. The rooms are very clean and have nice facilities like nice bathrooms and TV etc as well as lots of foreign electric plug options. The price was good and we had a nice quiet comfortable stay.

We were in town for a music festival and felt like the area of the hotel is very close to the bars with ladies for sad old men. If you are a family or a couple, maybe a different area is better. But the hotel was very quiet and in a central area so it didn't affect us too much. The breakfast is not good. There was limited fruit, the hot food was not good and not much Asian food. Western food like sausages were really basic.
