    The stay was just fine, but even after 2 e-mails and 1 message through the Booking.com message system over more than a month I did not get any reply to my request for an invoice. This is problematic when traveling for work.

    Overall, its very worth to stay at this hotel. We got to see the northern lights every nite.
    We can see the northern lights outside the hotel, nearby to the city center, in a walking distance
    There is a staircase up to the hill to the hotel. With the luggages, it will be quite dangerous and difficult to walk up the staircase during winter snowing time.

    Nice and would visit again
    Location was perfekt, close to the city center. The staff was super cool and supportive.
    An elevator would've made more nicer, we were staying in the 3floor and it was little difficult to carry the suitcases which we brought that too on snowy days.

    Quiet and quaint. The shared kitchen was incredibly well stocked making it easy to prepare any meal. All appliances and utensils needed were clean and readily available

    Characterful, slight quirky( in a good way) hotel
    Its a charming little hotel, quite unique in its character, loved the communal kitchen (which was spotless) created a lovely atmosphere, sort of a home from home feeling. Easy walk into the centre and Tromso waterfront and all the amenities. Smallish room but had comfy beds and a lovely view over Tromso
    Nothing all was good and excellent value for money
