Totally enjoyable except for the outide bar music constantaly playing all day long

Room came with a fold out couch so we could have 2 beds which totally suited us. The room was quite large and I loved the shower, taps were excellent.

The music in the outside bar could be heard in all apartments so sleep-ins was out of the question as was enjoying your room during the day, too bad if you wanted a snooze the empty outside bar Christmas Carol was going to interrupt your sleep.

Disappointing

Great location, but not worth the money

The location was amazing.

Felt old, needs a refresh. The lobby is amazing but the rooms were a little dirty (carpet felt grimy, the glasses were still dirty with lipstick and toothpaste, stains on the floor). Balcony was nice but the furniture out there was plastic and very dirty. Staff were nice but not always around. Housekeeping would talk to each other loudly in the corridor all day and left their trolleys etc in front of my hotel door repeatedly.

All in all a very very enjoyable stay

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and I love where you are situated

The only complaint I have is we stayed here with the full intention of dining in the restaurant also Whenever I tried to book for the restaurant it kept saying you can't because it's a private function Actually rang the restaurant and explained what was occurring and was able to book a table for the night BUT then proceeded to get a call back saying sorry but your booking is cancelled because it's a private function On arrival we had a drink at the bar while waiting for our room and see a sign saying that there are actually tables available for dinner????????? Very confusing

This place is good for what its needed, its good if the price is fair,

I really liked the location of the hotel, it was right where the train or tram comes through making it easy to visit the CBD and even go to the river to take pictures of take a river tour. Its a pretty hotel as well.

The thing I didnt like was the cut offs to breakfast. When you have guests from different parts of the world and they get on an exhausting flight they expect to be able to rest and wake up past 8am and still get served breakfast, because they are a restaurant they do not continue serving their guests breakfast, which defeats the purpose of getting a hotel with breakfast included. Also, when you get into the room you have to go up a narrow staircase.. which was a trip. As I opened the door the there was little room for my luggage and we have to pull it upstairs. It was weird.
