Very poor

Very disappointing

The location is very good - 5 minutes walk from the center

They extra book few guests by their mistake , and didn't notice me beforehand (I booked 2 months before and already pay) , so upon my arrival - we realised that they put as on a different room on a the roof with 3 level of non-safety ladder. They didn't try to apologise, or to do something else , the manager tells me - you can leave (that was on 1900 PM with all my family) (and as i wrote I paid 2 months before). For my entire stay- 3 days no one talks to me, I didn't want to ask for anything following my our welcome , they called me 5 minutes before my leave to pay for the city tax.

Superb

staff were helpful throughout, amazing Thai food is cooked fresh on site, the pool area was fab and the location was perfect walking distance into the main area.

Maybe just that a tea towel could be provided in the kitchen. Perhaps also fresh towels part-way through the stay and some big cups for a larger size hot drink. A spare front door key would be useful as we had a party of two families. These really are just small tweaks... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay x

Very good

The property was very close to the town, and is set in the most fabulous grounds.

I thought the bedding and towels would be changed on a regular basis. you have to ask the staff for clean stuff.

Superb

Lovely property, very child friendly

The hosts were so kind and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was spotless and the pool facilities were beautiful. The location was very central but felt like it was out of the bustle of town, very quiet. It was absolutely ideal for my small children, who enjoyed playing with the hosts grandson - they were very kind and let us play with his toys/bikes. We enjoyed ourselves so much and were sad to move on.

Washing facilities would have been the icing on the cake but it was easy enough to hand wash our clothes in the big sink

Its nice but could be so much nicer with a few tweaks.

its very central

I thought the kitchen left a lot to be desired and the towels were never changed. we were asked was there a washing machine and we then had to pay for the washing. To add insult we were then asked for a tip for the washing.
