    Authentic Kerala ruralia. Very refreshing.
    Peace and quiet. Green. Gracious hosts. Lovely homemade food. Close to Neyyar dam and sanctuary. Also very expansive and beautiful.
    If you're not a Malayalam speaker, communication with the staff can be challenging. But the hosts help out.

    Top +ve factors... 1. Privacy is non negotiable with the owner. 2. A beautiful garden with ponds right outside the villas. 3. Tasty homely food. 4. All rooms well kept and clean. 5. Pools are well kept

    We really enjoyed the stay.Great service and perfect homely atmosphere,.Such a peaceful atmosphere where we can relax and enjoy our privacy. Great homely food served with love and care.....Such a yummy buffet breakfast was beyond our expectations from a Homestay, special thanks for that. Definitely will visit again

What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the genuine care of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Whether it was providing valuable local tips or arranging activities, their dedication to making our stay special was evident in every interaction. I can't recommend this home stay enough.     Nice ambience, Excellent hospitality,delicious food everything we like.I think its one of the best Homestay in Trivandrum. Suggesting all if you visit Trivandrum ,opt this property for one day and visit nearby kappukad elephant rehabilitation center and neyyardam.

    Comfortable stay with nice people and food
    The staff were really attentive, accomodating and made delicious food. The aircon room was comfortable.
    The shower did not have hot water (the lower taps did though). The wifi connection wasnt great.

    Hosts were so kind and attending to our requirements when needed . Also the whole ambience was simply awesome and we would strongly recommend Amrutham Homestays in future to our friends and relatives
    Forests and garden areas should have been kept in a tidy and clean manner . Child Safety requirements for the pond area to be improved by using proper fencing mechanisms.
