Overall experience.

The shower's water pressure was really bad. Staff wasn't helpful when you needed them. Pools opened late in the morning. Our room was always missing one towel for a child.

OK but not brilliant.

Loved the location and direct access to the pool from our room. Staff are friendly, beds comfy. I've stayed here a few times but it's now lacking something.

The breakfast offerings are tasteless and not up to the standard of the price paid. Awful, cheap breads and pastries. Most hot dishes were cold or lukewarm. Also would like flywire screens so windows can be opened when air-conditioning is not required. Rooms too stuffy without doors open and too many mosquitos to sleep with doors open.
