Very good

Very nice hotel with great food and facilities. I would highly recommend to anyone

facilities and food on the whole were very good. We really enjoyed the pool / bar area and the rock pool in particular is fantastic for safe snorkelling.

Meet and greet / arrival at reception was really poor. I still stands out because it was so poor. There were so many staff at reception but none of them seemed to have a clue about what to do and it took way to long to sort out.

Some shuttles to key parts of Mauritius would have been good for a minimum charge.

Exceptional

Absolutely awesome nature and beautiful resort. Near the ocean, also you can take boat tours like swimming with dolphins. Breakfast was also nice and clean, open buffet dinner also tasty and lots of choices. I definitely recommend.

Wonderful restaurant staff, Great sea view!

The room was wonderful! No issues at all with the room! Neat and tidy! The beach view was beautiful; especially the sunset view! The pool in front of the beach was absolutely wonderful! The restaurant staff! Restaurant service is 1000/100. Thank you to Emmanuel & team for their excellent service!

When we first arrived, we received our keys and rooms! I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and another room for 2 people and the hotel reception staff informed that since everything was on my name, there was no worries about the other guests information; though they did take our ID cards. (which is totally fine). But they did talk about how they did not know which guest came or did not come and how they did not have the names. When i went to ask them about it they said that there was no such issue. Another issue that occured with the reception staff is that they informed me that the booking I made was for 1 person per room instead of 2 people per room. I let them know that on one of my bookings it shows "for 4 people" which they saw and that I sent a message on booking.com which confirmed in writing that the booking is for 4 people. They explained that on their end booking.com sent them 1 person per room, and on the same booking where it was written 4 people, they showed me another place where it said 1 unit, 1 person in symbol form. At this point we had wasted 30 minutes with this issue. I let them know that I am here to enjoy, and paid 40 euros in total for additional people. Unsure whether this was an issue with booking.com or hotel. David was our guide and while he was the most helpful person, sarcasm and sarcastic faces are not marketable for hotel clients. After this tiring issue with reception, I will definitely applaud the restaurant staff. Such wonderful service! ZERO complaints about them! Accomodating, Smiling, and just on point! As for the small pool or decoration pool (unsure) in front of the restaurant, it is quite dirty!
