Really relaxing stay, great facilities

The layout of the hotel is lovely, the rooms for 3 people was a good size, the pool areas are very nice and the swim up bar is great. The reception welcome was lovely, and the teams that work in the different shops are very welcoming, the ladies in the shop just below the top swimming pool are the nicest people, please get to know them!! The cats are all friendly and like a fuss. The gym has a nice range of equipment, so you can have a workout if you want to. The beach is nice, although it is a stone beach they are soft and can be walked on ok. The sun loungers are comfortable and they do have a towel service, although the towel exchange hours are limited. The restaurants have made an effort to cater for all diets, including meat, vegetarian and vegan which is often rare. Bar areas are nice, good seating areas both indoors and outdoors. Entertainment crew were friendly and lively, bringing a great energy.

A few things to constructively call out: The timings on the room key card are incorrect, gym opening times, check out times etc so please double check these. The food is ok but repetitive, breakfast and lunch were the best out of the three meals. The all inclusive drinks are poor, only 4 cocktails out of their wide range menu are included, and they arent great and this was disappointing, for any other cocktails you have to pay. The soft drinks are also not brilliant, I cant explain what the coke tasted like but it wasnt coke. Ice creams arent included either at the snack bar, and the snack bar food is the same really as the main buffet. There is no replenished water in the room, we ended up buying bottles all week, you arent meant to fill up water bottles in the restaurant, but to be honest people did. If you are in a room for 3+ people there are still only two chairs/robes provided. We did receive complimentary wifi however it is also a chargeable thing for areas outside the main lobby. The restaurant staff werent great sadly and let our experience down a bit, some were lovely but the majority did look like they didnt want to be there, they dont stop for customers when moving around and werent very polite when clearing the tables. Site map on check in would be really helpful, there is one in the lobby but we found that by accident. Simple fixes/changes would make this hotel really great.

Very good

Loved the pools, the food & drink & how convenient it was to access everything.

I felt we could have been given more info around the entertainment side of things, on our last day we were told by another couple that the shows were excellent, we hadn't been made aware where or what entertainment was available & missed out on this.

Exceptional

Excellent environment, great value for money

It situated right on the beach. 2 big swimming pools, 2 for babies. It has a beautiful garden with lots of palm trees and many kind of flowers, bushes. Great animation team. Lots of activities during the day and the evening. The sea is rocky, swimming shoes needed. Great variety of foods in the main reastaurant and the tavern next to the big swimming pool. At arrival a plate of fruits, a bottle of wine and water provided by the hotel. Every day one bottle of water in the room provided by the hotel. Safe box on the is free of charge.

Room was comfortable. Not renewed furnitures, but nice. Cleaningness of the room generally good, but not 5 stars. From a 5 star hotel need to be pay attention for the small details in the cleaning. In the bathroom the ventilation didnt work. The hotel is not 5 star. Or not the fancy luxury 5 star.
