    Friendly staff and good place to stay for visiting Aix, but not so much atmosphere
    Very friendly and helpful staff. 10 minute walk to the old town of Aix.
    Functional common areas rather than relaxing or romantic. Quite high price considering everything.

    Just a very small thing: Would be nice to have BBC on TV. I don't expect German TV (although there were some), but for me and many others, BBC is the gold standard.

    Good location, parking, view, good staff, very welcome, you can buy food and drinks in the lobby, all information about town is there too.

    Ideal for a short break in beautiful Aix en Provence.
    Easy 5 minute walk into Aix. Great to have the flexibility of a studio with good facilities. Clean and comfortable with air conditioning Good value for money.
    Unable to get extra pillows.

    Great staff. So-so room
    There were two bedrooms. There was an elevator. We were able to store our luggage. The staff was wonderful. The property clean. The walk to the market was pleasant.
    We are older adults and it was difficult and a little dangerous to climb over the very tall tab walls to shower in the slippery tub. I thought the two coffee pod per room policy was annoying in a +$400 a night room for 3 people.

    Pleasant and centrally located
    The location was ideal - it was close to the main square, shops and restaurants ( 7 mins walk ) Parking was available at extra charge on site . Balcony was spacious .
    The air conditioning was not working well - room was stuffy - for 3 people it was really tight although we booked a suite that is for 4 people . Bed room was too tight - not much place to walk around it

    The appartment is spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and assisted with anything we needed. Parking was available on site. Great location, about 5-10 mins walk from every highlight in the city.
