    Great location. And value
    Great location. Not in busy areas, but close to metro station.
    No housekeeping unless staying 8 or more nights. Had some times of day when water in shower was cold.

    A super cool architecturally designed apartment with plenty of functional space and good cooking facilities for eating in. A great shower and comfy bed. Highly recommended. Oh and friendly, helpful staff. Ill be saving this as a favourite for my Paris trips.

    Spacious and clean apartment
    Convenient location, staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean. Well equipped with amenities. Easy access to metro with less than 5 mins walk.
    The washroom is a bit small. The sink in the washroom is not too user friendly as the faucet is short, the sink is shallow but huge, it's easy to hit your hands on the sink when washing hands and etc.

    It is never a price performance place. Too expensive for a place with hostel standards. It is rated as 4 stars but it is far from the standards of a 4 star hotel. We stayed 5 days and the room was not cleaned even one day. You cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. In winter time, the room temperature was centrally set to 21 degrees and the actual room temperature was never 21 degrees. We were very cold unless we were under the duvet. Also, the rooms are not as in the photos. If you are going with your spouse, they do not offer you a place other than the ground floor. It is said that the rooms on the upper floor have separate beds. From the rooms that look like suites in the photos, you find yourself in a room where a person taller than 160 cm cannot even sit on the toilet.

    Safe and relatively spacious hotel just a little too far from the action.
    Beneficial to have a apartment rather than a simple room. The hotel felt incredibly safe and secure with 3 security gates to enter. Communal facilities were great, with coffee and drinks.
    No shampoo provided. Quite expensive to be quite far from any major attractions.
