Great location with comfortable room and amazing breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing and the room was very comfortable. Great location close to metro and Gare De Lyon. We loved walking along the river to the Louvre on our first day in Paris

location near Gare Lyon and Austerlitz, so easy to reach everything in Paris, breakfast was great

bar prices are very high, so better having a drink outside, there are enough cafes and bistros

Location, good vibe.

Luck of designated area to unload your luggage from the car. The street where hotel is located, is too busy to even stop for a minute.

Good value for your money

Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very quiet and clean.

Breakfast could be better. Lifts should be seperated from the staff. I havent seen this in any of the hotels Ive stayed before.

Superb

Everything and everywhere was spotless, we had a very comfortable quiet room and slept well. Check in was an easy process and they honoured our room request which I had emailed through a couple of days beforehand. Breakfast was really really good, hot and cold options and plentiful, it is served in a lovely bright room with chandeliers and a nice ambience The staff were all very smiley and helpful. It's literally a minute or 2 flat walk to Gare du Nord, so perfect for onward trains or getting around Paris

If anything the room design is just a bit too corporate, no real personality, no Parisian chic
