Untrustworthy, unprofessional ,Not worth to be served by booking.com

The staff and their behaviour were not appropriate left me without a place to stay overnight when I turned up at mid of night. Untrustworthy. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Unprofessional tone of language once cancelled accommodation.

Excellent, great hotel.

Excellent staff and really spacious rooms. Ideally located for easy access to old town or the strip. Good shopping area for groceries etc. lift access to all floors. I will be staying again.

No negatives at all.
