    First time at this hotel I usually stay at Santa Eulalia but think it is refurbishing. Albufeira sol had the same dinner staff which was nice seeing them again. Very friendly the hotel smells lovely very clean rooms are clean very very nice enjoyed the sauna Turkish bath. Met some lovely guests had a lovely 2wk break..Will visit again for sure.

    Welcome, clean, great food, a great find!
    Location - There is a free mini bus that takes you to The Old Town throughout the day. I loved the location, as you are tucked away from the noisy areas, but close enough to access easily. Welcome - We felt very welcome at each place. Food - We chose all inclusive, which was a great choice. The food was plentiful and delicious, with plenty of choice!! Room - Hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and handsoap included, smelt nice! Towels and bed linen was good quality. Ambiance - We felt welcomed from the word go. Hotel is very clean, with a nice smell. Weather - October half term welcome sunshiny break. Pool - great, clean, plenty sunbeds, free towels (deposit req'd).

    The Hotel was very clean and fairly central.
    The only complaint I would have is bar staff were quite rude and unfriendly. Something I didnt understand as the reception, dining and cleaning staff were all very nice and friendly.

    My partner and I really had a lovely visit. We would definitely recommend staying here.
    "Food"... The food was absolutely amazing. So much choice and so tasty!!! It just never ran out. Dishes kept on getting filled. Honestly some of the best hotel food I have ever eaten and all decorated so beautifully!! "Room" - The room was comfortable. Needs a bit of upkeep though with regards to painting.. touch ups. "Pool" - Pool area was great. Lots of sunbeds! "Entertainment staff" - Wow. these guys / girls were amazing. Always a smile on their faces. Happy to stop and chat for a few minutes. They honestly are a credit to the hotel. "Bus Service" - There was a bus service into the Old Town every hour. At one point we tried to board the bus (2 of us) but there was only 1 seat. the driver said he would be back in 15 minutes. He picked us up and took just the two of us to the Old Town, even with it being off his bus schedule.

    The food was Brilliant, you just needed to take your time and walk around and see what was on offer,the quality was excellent and the staff were extremely pleasant
    People were putting towels on sunbeds from 7 in the morning and not appearing till 10 or 11 oclock

    Spotlessly clean, the cleaning team does a great job. Spaciious room with comfy bed. Great variety of food for lunch and dinner. Lots of salads, fish & meat. Grilled meat & fish. Freshly baked pizza, local bread. Good choice of fresh fruit. Animatiion team does good job. Greal location, 7 minutes walk to the beach, or you can take hotel bus to the beach and the old town.
    Breakfast - there were no veggies liike tomatoes or lettuce for breakfast. Only black coffee served from esspresso machine, even though they had the milk frother and a milk... Coctails not too tasty as they were from the machines - too sweet. The biggest minus for serving drinks in plastic/paper cups even in a bar. We had to ask for a glass every time.

    This is our fourth time staying here, the last time was 2019. The location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the strip and a complimentary bus to the old town. The driver was an absolute gent. The entertainment staff were great, they literally never stopped and were brilliant with the kids. Also every question we had as well as checking in was explained perfectly at the check in desk, they couldn't be nicer. Theres a great little kids pool, and everything a family with young children would need. Pool bar and snack bar was really handy save ya going in and out the hotel. All in all a really good week.

    Only a few small things really, food was a bit repetitive, there was allot of variations of pork for some reason..?! The Mexican night was great though, again all the catering staff work really hard and are mannerly. The only thing that picked at me a bit was the hotel really have to change policy on 2 drinks, or at least use a bit of common sense!!! A fella ordering two glasses of wine for himself and his wife and a water for his kid, was made to go to the back of the queue, so he did and then the bar man gave him a load of hassle. Not cool!!! Fair enough if he was ordering 5 alcoholic drinks, but a glass of water for his kid??? Really!!!!. Bar staff pretty ignorant in general to be honest. Not keen on the paper cups either, it's the only area that let it down this year... Lifts might need a service, heard a few complaining about them bouncing all over!!! Other than that, all good.
