Inconvenient

The staff is good, and provides good food. With an awesome campfire.

On the first day of my stay, the light has been gone for the whole day. Mosquitoes are biting us all night. The next day our all 5 phones are dead we are not able to take the pictures of this beautiful Munnar. That's why we are all angry at the property management. I'm adding some photos for the reference, the light is gone.

Average stay experience

Good ambience, silent atmosphere. Good place to relax with family.

They didn't serve breakfast on time. Time management was poor. Food was just average. The road to the resort was small with a lot of hairpin curves. It's a remote area. So I don't recommend it for people who want to explore sites in munnar.
