Good Value for Price

Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Room was big enough.

It could have been cleaner. Sound isolation was not good at all. And checkout time at 10:00 is not the best time!

A good price for this value.

The location was nice near the bus station (line 11 Rimini railway station- Riccione) and 200m from MetroMare station. Another trolley from Rimini to Riccione. The breakfast was quite poor without too much warm meal and 90% sweets. was comparable with 3 stars hotel. Nice personal. A good option for dinner.

Thin walls and doors. I can head to anything that is in the corridor as in my room. I can close the light on my balcony because was part of the architectural design.

Great hotel with miserable rude Reception staff

The location of the hotel is Super- just few meters from the beach. 11 A bus brings you from the Train station for 1.5 and the stop nos is 20 . Going back just take the same nos bus in opposite direction to the Train station and then take Nos 9 bus to bring you on the door step of Rimmini airport. The room is clean and it has nice windows to bring fresh air. There is a bidet in the toilet . They also keep detergent to wash our intimate small clothes- Super. The bed size is a bit small and the location of the bed in the room is a bit weird bcoz of the aircondining is working it will give you sleepless night, so move the bed to your comfortable location in the room, its your room and sleep is important. The breakfast room is grandeuer and the food is super nice and the staff there is cute and sweet. They welcome you with a smile.

Now this is what that ruined my stay. The hotel mentions that in their facilities they have air conditioning and in fact they had shut it down. In the evening it becomes cooler but in day it was hot. When i went to discuss this on the reception i was verbally attacked by a beared guy who yelled and talked so rude that i cant explain. He in a loud voice told me the government have closed the aircondining ( this is BS) when i told him then remove aircondining from the facilities that you mention on Booking.com bcoz its not appropriate to put something that you do not provide and obviously people will not trust Booking. com and it will ruin their reputation and also the hotel reputation, in reply he yelled again and told he didnt care. I kept the windows open at night and i was greeted all night with mosquitoes and other insects and even a bee. The lady that was witnessing alongwith on the reception that was nice and sweet the next day in the morning she too started giving me the cold treatment with not mentioning good morning or giving a smile. Its all miserable things a traveller has to suffer and hv to pay the price sometimes.
