    Comfortable hotel which suited our one night stopover.
    Pleasant and helpful staff. Hotel arrange a free transfer to and from the train station. Breakfast was nice. Greeted at reception with a glass of champagne which was almost welcome.

    Overall a wonderful stay. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good along with breakfast.
    The space and location.
    A kettle in the room with coffee/tea would be good. As Australians this is the norm on all our hotels.

    Central location with all you need to enjoy St Moritz.
    Personalised welcome and support during stay. Excellent location close to waterfront and bus to reach trains, funicular and cable cars. Very comfortable room, access to spa. Sky bar great views. Close to many dining options. Valet parking service excellent as were majority of staff. Vouchers to use buses, trains and cable cars.
    Expensive but thats St. Moritz!

    I love this hotel and the level of service I received.
    The staff was amazing, even interacting with them days before my checkin. Upon arrival, they were amazing as well, offering a beverage on my check-in. A free room upgrade for both of my reserved rooms was provided. When arriving at the room, I was blown away at the quality of the fit and finish. The room looked like it was freshly remodeled, without the slightest sign of wear visible on the finished woodworking. I was amazed.
    I didnt have any problems, but my wife thought the tub access could have used access handles to aid entry and exit as the tub is very deep.

    Spacious Room. Noisy at Night.
    Spacious room, friendly staff, good selection at breakfast. Taxi provided back to the train station at check-out. Central location.
    Woken up a few times throughout the night (between 12pm and 3am) by guests and people outside shouting and screaming. Can only assume these people had been at the sky bar until late. This meant disrupted sleep.
