    The rooms are fine, but they need renovation, especially the shower cabin in the bathroom.

    Positive - reception service polite. Negative - genuinely, not a place I will ever stay again. I frequently travel to Turin for work reasons, I've experienced better understanding and compassion from a piece of wood. Rooms, average at best. Lifts, slowest I've ever experienced. Location, not the worst - but there are plenty better Bar, soulless Showers, cold. Feel free to suffer similar but I'd recommend an alternative.
    Frankly - I'll never stay here again.

    Excellent room, clean and tidy and loved the modern environment - we enjoyed our stay!
    A lovely modern hotel. The room was a delight to relax in after a long day out site-seeing. The restaurant food was exceptional, so we dined there two nights.Breakfast was adequate, seemingly lots to choose from but could have had more fruit options and better cooked variety.
    Some staff could have been more welcoming and more informative to help with our trip.
