    I like the fact that the hotel is close to the shopping mall, and has easy access to public transport. The hotel room is clean and some staff are friendly
    The TV in my room was not working until i rang the reception who later sent in a technician to sort it. The bathroom tap was also leaking. there was no repair until i left.

    The rooms need renovation. We stayed in a triple room where the third bed was stiff and uncomfortable. There could be more variety of goods at breakfast.

    The Room AC was switched off permanently and the hotel staff informed that it is normal due to weather conditions ,but while booking the room in Booking.com it was mentioned i am going to get an air conditioned room ; I been left out in dark here - why i been cheated here ?? The solution given by hotel staff was i need to keep my window opened in case for ventillation but what they dont understand is the noise disturbance coming from outside throught out night , due to which i lost my good sleep whole night end up sober next day for my work at customer

    The excellent staff and the very fresh and clean room.
    The window did not close perfectly, so we heard some traffic and a party noises that could have been avoided. However, it was not a big problem.

    The location is very convenient for an overnight stop but is in an industrial area and not within walking distance of shops or restaurants. It is used by large groups and coach parties.the staff were friendly and helpful and the parking was secure.
    The food was poor especially at dinner. The restaurant staff were very helpful but this was the worst dinner in 2 weeks, 5 countries and 8 hotels. The double bed was small and hard and the bathroom wasnt great
