    Nice hotel in a good area with some nice local restaurants and at an intersection of tram lines. Good range off breakfast foods included in stay.
    Fridge and TV in room were not working during my stay.

    The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location. The receptionist was always helpful. Room service did a thorough job. Breakfast was very good, big variety and fresh products.
    The bathroom didn't meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Sometimes it took 3-4 minutes until warm water started running in the shower, some tiles were not glued properly to the wall, and the hair dryer was like a 50 year old device.

    People were nice, the room was cleaned and comfortable. Really appreciate the stay there, and nice price/quality ratio. Location was also not that bad 10 min walking to the train station.
    The breakfast was not so fresh, for example the cornetto (croissants) were a bit dry.

    Excellent breakfast and very clean room.
    Excellent breakfast and close to Porta Nuova train station. Tram and bus stop opposite for connections to city centre if required.
    Room walls are paper thin. No sound proofing. However I still got a good nights sleep.
