The location and facilities.
The availability of convenience store , spa and many restaurants at the same building or close by was great.
1. We were family with a reservation of 2 rooms. They promised us to have face to face rooms but when we arrived they gave us two rooms far from each other and they said they were fully booked on our first day and we needed to wait for the next day to have close rooms.
2. The price was expensive for having only the rooms.
3. There was no discount price for using the parking place in the building. The price was 1500 yen per day and there were other parkings very close to the hotel cheaper. We used one priced at 900 yen per day just crossing the road from the hotel.
4. The rooms don't have closet for clothes if you want to stay for a long period (several days).
