Only the location makes this a worthwhile hotel.

Only a short walk from the beach

The concierge took an especially long time even though we had already made an online booking providing all of our details previously, Had to go through the whole booking process as if there wasn't a booking to begin with. First room that was presented was moldy and we were then taken to a "replacement room" that was taken by another guest. This issue took 3 hours to resolve. We were eventually given a proper replacement room on the 2nd floor but the corridor leading to the room smelled like a rubbish dump. Guests were threatened with a 2 million rupiah smoking fine.

Superb location, but everything else is not so good

The location of this hotel is superb for exploring Canggu main area. You can enjoy sunset from Batu Bolong beach, night out in Oldman bar/Mexicola just with few steps walking.

Food selection of breakfast is so poor. Water in the pool is not very clean and foggy... Rooftop pool has no any shade, so very hot in daytime. Only 1 sunbed has umbrella, so not enough for all. Airconditioner in my room was working, but I felt hot even though I turned it as 16 degrees (maximum) for whole day.

A great stay with spacious room for 2. Thanks for the birthday cake.

About 3 mins walk to the beach. With lots of eateries nearby. The staff are friendly. Noise level is acceptable when theres no fire works.

A great hotel But it was the staff that made my stay so fabulous!

The location was perfect, close to beach and shops. The breakfasts were beautiful the variety and choices were amazing. The staff were All so friendly and accomodating, there was nothing too big or small that they wouldnt help you with. Sayu and Devu made my check in and check out seamless. Its an incredible place to stay. But it was the staff for me that made my stay so fabulous! Thank you

I had a great stay at the hotel The location is right in the center and the staff is extremely hospitable and making sure the stay is comfortable and convenient Checkin-checkout process was super smooth, thanks to Sayu and Deva. At the breakfast one gets greeted very warmly, thanks to Febri Highly recommend this place

Central location in Canggu with awesome quality breakfast

They moved us to another room which had less noise from the streets! Customer service is really good, location is right next to the canggu beach so its quite convenient to go back in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was also really good as they have a lot of options plus good quality.

Initially the noise from the streets, but its inevitable because of the central location and when i mentioned to the staff they moved is to another room anyway.
