All standard rooms and facilities are located in Building 1 and all Suite rooms are located in Building 2. There is one parking space per reservation. Location was great! View from room was awesome, same with the size of the room.

Bed was awful! Thats the only complaint I have. They should be ashamed to have that bed in their facility. It was like sleeping on a plank.

Not what I thought it would be like. 6 is stretching score.

Room size Ok ,but a lot of wasted space .Seemed that we were living in half the room.Bathroom small and dated. Tub and shower very uncomfortable.Table small ,out of balance by 3\4 of an inch.Lots of spills.Chairs good for beach ,not for living area.Walls need better hangings. No coffee or drink offered.Restaurant across busy intersection.Ocean looked good , side window overlooked trash from Flows.

Weve stayed here other times. It is consistent but a Modernization would be welcome.

Proximity to the beach and downtown Newport. The hotel is a bit outdated but serves its purpose.

Hasnt been upgraded in some time.

right next to the cliff walk and beaches, leave your car parked there and enjoy

Fantastic walker friendly location near the cliff walk, from here you can walk to the vanderbilts mansion via the cliff walk gorgeous views, most rooms have sea view from one side and others view of large sea pond from the other side, easy to park, right by the main beaches of newport, can leave car at hotel and enjoy the beach, great even for winter days as one can walk by the cliff and beach,

rooms could be a bit more modernized, only newport downtown (port) hard to reach by walking

Staying at this hotel in mid-November. If I found the information correctly, the hotel opened in April 2023. The hotel is quite old. It can be seen that repairs have been done for a long time, but everything is neat and clean there. The rooms are spacious. There is a swimming pool. The beach is literally 50 meters from the hotel and its 1 minute walk to the Cliff Walk by car. Nevertheless, it is quite far to the city center if you are not by car. In my opinion, you can find something better nearby.

Expensive for what you get in quality

Pool was decent. But if you get a suite you have to walk across the street to get to it.

Double king suite was run down looking. Wall plates was falling off wall. Peeling bathroom door. Holes in doors from old handles. Different color switches with paint on em. Just very run down sloppy redo of rooms.
