The swimming pool was good but too crowded on wk ends/ holidays. Therefore water cleanliness not so good.
The location is convenient to main attractions.
Cleanliness was out! Stained bedsheets, dirty looking utensils eg oven, cups and plates.
Sunken mattresses, leaking hoses, key card malfunctioning.
We were locked out of the aptmt at 12 sharp, ie no flexibility.
In summary the host lacks hospitality and courtesy..

many wall plugs are broken, lights don't work in the balcony and laundry room , the bed in the room and everything is very ordinary (not as grand as the name) while the price is also pricely.

The pool and the security is very good
The unit we stayed in was not as expected. The floor was not thoroughly swept (litter under sofa in living room). Plug points in the kitchen not working as well as one in the 2nd bedroom. The iron and the ironing board was meh...Kitchen sink and the one in the 2nd bathroom was slow draining...Unit was too basic for the price paid.

My family vacation was very comfortable. We are very satisfied. I like it the most because there is a washing machine. Very emak. Large, neat, and comfortable space residence. My son really likes it because there is a big swimming pool. Even we stay at floor 35. But the lift very fast. Everything is the best lah. Austin as a host also very fast responding to your watsapp.

Overall satisfied and recommended to stay again.
Its provide the right needs for spacious accomodation especially for family that require larger place to rest and privacy plus attractive and large pool area.
The general brief such qr code and pass keys system need to clearly stated before guest doing booking.
