We had a conflict with the concierge, on the nationality ground, since we are from Ukraine and she is very negative to this nation and it was mentioned that in a conversation. We will never reserve again property in these villas. We faced the worth service during our stay in Portugal and we were shocked by non professionally and rude behaviour of concierge. We are travelling a lot and it was the first time we faced such a situation. Terrible service, terrible smell in villa and even ventilation is not helping (smell of old things) and we not recommend to stay there.
