Bad shower

The shower was super slow (little water) and hard to get warm, we were waiting 5 min to get it. After that, was supper hot and then was cold again.. So, for take a good shower we were spend almost 15 min to finish, because all the time we had to adjusted. Besides that, the breakfast room was a mess. We spent 20 min in the line to order and only 4 people was in our front. They were super slowly to get the order and prepare.

Wi-Fi was not working at all in the room. Room Heater was not working. It was awful. Even when engineer came and did a temporary fix, it again broke down within few hours.

Good

Overall a good place to stay a few nights if you are looking for a place to sleep.

Location to the theme parks and stores was great. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable.

the rooms need updating. The tub was old and the drain was broken. The water was very hard (meaning it dried your skin out). They was not enough wash clothes as they left hand towels and regular towels.

Hated it.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at, pictures were deceitful, looks wonderful online is not in real life. Everything was dirty, we were out of toilet paper for two days, had to hunt down housekeeping for everything. Staff would be polite but nothing ever got done. The only good thing was being able to meet so many nice people who were also trapped in that hellhole.

Tired hotel needs some work. Ok if you need a basic budget hotel.

The staff were friendly especially the barman and reception staff. The hotel is in a convenient location and has a shuttle to the parks. Free parking also available. we were not in the room a lot it was fine for our holiday however if we had to spend more time in the room I would not have enjoyed the stay. It is a hotel made up of multiple sites. We arrived the first night very late and were given a room in block 5.The first thing that strikes you is a musty old smell with dirty and grubby halls. The bedroom was a good size but again grubby floors and walls with single pane glass so the noise from the very busy motorway outside was intense. Bedlinen was clean. As it was so late we stayed the first night but I went straight to reception to request a room change. Clearly this happens a lot as there was no question as to why we wanted to move and we were moved to the tower block. Bigger basic room more recently refurbished it was clean but very minimal decor. Again overlooking the road so noisy but double paned window so we tolerated. The communal spaces, hallways, stairs lift needed more regular cleaning and alot of repairs needed throughout the hotel. Its a tired hotel.

Disappointing

First room we got was terrible and gross, the second was good and decent.

We liked the pool and the location. Near to Universal and 20min to Disney.

In the first 4 days they put us in a terrible room, the bathroom was gross and the bed sheets had the smell of other people perfume and hair all over. As it was right after Christmas and 2 days before New Year's Eve the hotel didn't have other room to change us. After 4 days they changed us to another room, more spacious and clean, and the bathroom was decent. If they'd put us in the last room since the first day we would've enjoyed our trip to Orlando a way more.

Very good

Overall we had a good stay no problems that were major and would stay here again.

The pool, outside bar, inside lobby bar with half off holiday drinks and its close to shops, restaurants and the Orlando outlets.

Me and my husband had no problems. We have stayed here once before and loved it. Things are not perfect all the time but this place and staff are here to assist and help any way possible. Thank you.
