Very nice hotel but with misleading information

The location, the facilities

It was states that ghey have a parking but it turned out that thertwere no spaces left. So we had to circle around the town to find place to park. Very unpleasant.

Superb

The hotel is in a very cozy spot and very comfortable inside. Carry small pieces of luggage as you need to walk through small lanes to get there. A small Carrefour is not too far away if you are looking for a store. The cold buffet breakfast has limited items but go for the warm options that you have to order - its absolutely fresh and really delicious. The best part of the hotel has to be their staff (desk/kitchen/housekeeping) who are one of the friendliest I have ever encountered. That goes a long way in brightening one's stay! Thank you Deborah for your help!

The one thing that was a bit uncomfortable for my family was the glass door to the bathrooms. I think this can be easily rectified if the hotel can use window films that can be stuck on the glass. Snoring from the neighbouring room was audible through the night but we decided to let it be and didn't inform the staff.

Exceptional

A lovely second stay this time with my mother, husband and dog. Love the dog amenities!

This is my favorite hotel in Como, I've stayed once before and will stay again next time I visit Como. The breakfast is exceptional. The location is tucked out of the way but still central and the staff are lovely.

More pillows in the rooms would be nice.
