Good place, comfortable location. If you want to use the spa area you would need a swimming cap even in jacuzzi what is not really nice felling to have a rubber on your head in hot jacuzzi.

The staff were really kind and accommodating. What made the biggest impression was on my birthday I was surprised by a genuinely delicious cake on the table in our room. That kind of service really impacted our impression.

Great place to rest and unwind in Ponta Delgada

Its located centrally in Ponta Delgada so everything is within walking distance. Lots of amenities including a great wellness area with pool, sauna and steam room which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of selection and very tasty. The rooms were super comfortable, spacious and clean. Everyone we encountered there was very helpful and extremely nice! We loved having casual drinks at the bar great cocktails and very good bartenders!

Excellent Location & Staff

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was within walking distance and close to many local restaurants. We did not try any services as we spent most of the days exploring the island.

The bathroom seems to be hosting some mold. The massage service timing wasn't suitable for us as the last booking was at 6:00 pm. The buffet (Brazilian night) was awful, we paid 25 Euros each and ended up eating a salad only.

Location Decoration Staff

Pillow selection. They are huge and super soft so there's no actual head support. Really bad night sleep due to this. Shower temperature is hard to regulate and the shower head has low pressure because it squirts everywhere.
