    Very nice hotel, highly recommend
    Location, staff, facilities, breakfast and ambience
    Shower temperature randomly changes to very hot or cold. Safe was broken.

    It was peaceful! After a long travel day it was nice to unwind in such a comfortable environment.
    We did wish for more breakfast options.

    Outstanding experience!
    This is a very nice, cute, little boutique hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and included many choices, some of which were local (e.g., milk, honey, jam, cheese, etc.). The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and provided us with some great tips regarding the places to eat and to see. Overall, we had a really great experience!
    To our dismay, every morning we observed a very unscrupulous guest in the breakfast area who was stealing dozens of delicious buns and other baked goodies and stuffing them in her large purse. Some people just have no morals! We felt sorry for the hotel as this type of theft clearly eats into their profit margin.

    Pictures look much better
    The location is great. In the centre of Ponta Delgada.
    The rooms doesnt look like the pictures. Its actually really old. The carpet floor is disgusting. Curtains with humidity. Cheap bed sheets.

    Staff is amazing, location is great! The hotel looks very stylish, well taken care of. Local honey at the breakfast counter is an absolute must-try! They also pack a breakfast box if you leave earlier than the breakfast starts.
    Parking is difficult, but it is generally so for the whole island. Breakfast is tasty but not so variable, most of the food is the same. Sound from the street travels to the room quite well sometimes.
