    The room are great, we realy feel like at home. The restaurant are a little strage..but the food was good. The Spa is ok..is not perfect but I realy spend a good time there. We can see the fireworks from the window..
    The hotel is far for the center of Valencia. We need drive 9 km to visit Bioparc or Town of science from Valencia, or shopping. But was not big traffic on the route...so was ok.

    Beds were comfy. Not enough info on location of hotel as three hotels are very close together, with similar names. Restaurant at night was very poor as was in the entrance hall of hotel. It was like a train waiting room and not enough staff were working so it took ages to eat. No colour in hotel - everything seemed brown and miserable looking. Breakfast hot food was all cold and sad looking.

    Not satisfied for 4 stars hotel.
    The localisation to the highway and the space in the rooms.
    We chooses this hotel because of the indoor pool and spa. And when we arrived we noticed that The pool wasnt in the same building but in another hotel located around 7 min walking. That pool was dirty and the sauna was shutdown. The reception didnt pick up when we called to turn it on. Spa was in this hotel but to go there you need to pay additionally. The pumping system for shower gels were most of them blocked and we had to switch them between shampoo and gels to take a shower. We had to remind the room service to give us water after the daily cleaning (thats basics for a 4 stars hotel).

    Great locations, with clean, large roooms!
    Clean, large room. Wonderful breakfast.
    They have turned off the air con for the winter and the room was hot in the evening. Even opening a window to took a long time to cool off.

    The dinner starts too late. Only one person serves the food and takes the orders. It takes 30-60 minutes to get the food. After all I finished the dinner after 22:00 and I couldn't sleep. :-) Need more tables

    Overall fine, but I personally would find another hotel for a night before going to the airport.
    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the waitress was extremely helpful to get me some lactose free milk. They ordered a taxi for me the morning I left and it came on time.
    The fridge in my room was dirty with mold. When I mentioned it to the desk, they sent someone up to clean it out. Some of the soap dispensers didn't work ~ the ladies who clean the rooms and refill the dispensers should simply make sure they work. The Spa was extremely disappointing ~ the water wasn't as warm as I would have expected ; several buttons that didn't work ; a little dangerous with steps in the water with no handrails ~ so you can't see where they are. Jacuzzi /hot tub wasn't hot either.
