    Would highly recommend this clean and comfortable guest house, perfectly located with a friendly service!
    Lovely stay in a very clean guest house, the owner was really welcoming and very helpful. Considering the close proximity to the centre/ clock tower, it was very quiet throughout the night.

    a very pleasant weekend
    Location excellent 2 minutes walk from centre. hotel lovely and clean comfy beds, excellent breakfast, Owners very friendly and welcoming, very helpful. Free car parking saves a fortune. Would recommend, Skegness far better than reports would have you believe
    My only gripe was the shower, our room being on the 2nd floor at times the water pressure was very low or non existent, but we managed ok
