    Great stay - good value and highly recommend!
    Lovely friendly welcome. Clean spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Fab separate shower - fluffy towels, good toiletries. Biccies and tea/coffee. Continental breakfast was very good. Good location - close to city park and walking distance to everywhere.
    Got woken up by a Bollywood New Years Eve party at 11pm - nearly had a heart attack. Management shut it down quickly - not their fault. Those people should be banned from staying in hotels!

    Easy stay in Launceston
    Old hotel, being renovated. No restaurant. Excellent continental breakfast. Good size rooms. Good tv with cable channels. Small proper refrigerator. Old style bathrooms. Clean. Quiet at night. Excellent staff willing to help and advise. No kitchen but kettle and microwave including plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. Full size quality wine in the minibar. Enough seating for 5 people.
    To fill the kettle one needs to use the shower hose. Easy fix would be to provide a plastic container to enable filling from the basin.

    Good set up .
    Nothing major , exhaust fan in the bathroom was always on ( no switch to turn it off) . A/C wasnt working properly.
