Very good

I stay in this hotel for the third time and i am happy that services and food remains nice. Dinner and breakfast are variable, tasty and sitting on a balcony is just amazing. Costa Tequise is very nice place for active sport - bicycles, surfing, running.

Rooms on the ground floor are very wet, dark and old. Shower definitely needs refreshment. Offering safe box for extra charge is weird in 4 * hotel, never saw such old fashion approach elsewhere.

Superb

Stylish, comfortable and super friendly.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - all of them, attention to detail and being recognised by staff was lovely. The hotel was a spacious modern design but with a nod to Canarian traditional, clean throughout, beautifully landscaped, fantastic breakfast and cocktails, lovely views, really comfortable bed, hot tub on the balcony! Generally very stylish...

We had some issues with the air conditioning in one room and even when fixed it was still noisy. The lights along the skirting board in one room didn't work and the safe wouldn't work in the other. There was a problem with the drains on the sea front but that was unlikely to be the hotel's fault and was being fixed. The Wellness Centre was being refurbished which was a shame as we wanted massages in the daytime. The pools although apparently heated were not what we would call warm! Genuinely wasn't much we didn't like as we felt really cared for by all the staff.

Nice Resort Wonderful Staff

Staff was wonderful, so kind and helpful all the time. The spa treatments were amazing. The view of ocean was lovely. I loved the personal hot tub on the balcony. The bed and room were very comfortable.

The spa being located under the dining hall was not very relaxing. Hearing constant chair noise overhead during a massage was distracting. Poor noise canceling in the rooms. All traffic in the hall and on the street was heard. Food at the buffet could have been labeled better for allergy reasons.
