    The hole suite was ginormous, very clean close to Carcala Therme ,5 min to city center ,you have also close by restaurants,overall we had a very nice stay.

    Cost effective stay.
    Good location without any loud noise from the street or from the neighborhood. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Small but self-contained kitchen and tea room.
    No sauna facility for hotel guests. But we could use Thermen. Charge for parking.

    Good but I should have been informed about the parking situation.
    Room was really nice.
    Parking. My request for parking was noted but when I arrived I was told it was not possible. If I had been told there was no parking or that it was unlikely I would have booked a different hotel.

    I got a junior suite at very decent price (on a Thursday night). Very clean and comfortable bed.
    I arrive at 22:30. No 24 hrs reception. I called the emergency number. The guy on the phone was willing to help me but had difficulties to explain me how I can get my key and find my room. Cumbersome after a long day.
