Everything was perfect, we came by car, there was a parking in front of the hotel and the centre of Baden Baden was only 6 km away. The hotel offers great facilities, perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms , breakfast was delicious and in abundance. The spa within the hotel is perfect for some private, relaxing time , also immaculate hygiene. We went there a few days before Christmas, it was beautifully decorated, Baden Baden is worth a visit and the hotel a must stay i :-), we will be back for sure. P.S. Staff was exceptionally kind:-)

An accommodating stay with kind staff eager to improve your experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a rough travel day and they were all too happy to help us with a reservation in the restaurant and help us both relax. Dinner was delicious and the Peafowl was especially flavorful. The selection presented many local options for different tastes. I only wish we had the energy to stay up for dessert! The bathtub- top notch. While we spent only one night on the property, we fully enjoyed our room and the breakfast the following morning. The chef managing breakfast was very attentive and spoke English with great humor. This hotel is a must stay for the staff and quality of care. I hope very much to return.

Parking was a bit tricky. Being American meant was couldnt quite figure out street signage and blacktop painting in the dark when we arrived. All was well and we found a space within a few minutes on the quiet street. We did elect to stay in a theme room to shake things up, and the wine bottle fixture needed a bit of dusting.
