    Cheap, but needs a lot of work.
    Good price. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.
    The breakfast was pathetic. The pastry box was just slices of white bread - no bagels, no pastries. The sausage and eggs were not good. No fruit. Just terrible. The pillows were so old that they had no form to them. Throw them out and buy some new ones! The heat lamp timer switch didn't work -- it would either go on for 10 seconds, then click off, or it would get stuck and not turn off by itself. The heater was unpredictable. The heat control knob was impossible to set correctly -- I had no idea what was hot and what was cold. It was difficult to find a happy medium. The TV remote didn't match the TV, so it was impossible to select shows from the guide channel. There were not enough electrical outlets to charge our phones and laptops.

    Hotel room was not cleaned, feces on wall
    The front desk clerk Hunter was very understanding and helpful with my complaint, even though management was less than.
    When I checked into my room, there was what looked to be feces on the wall in the main room, among other parts of the room lacking in cleanliness, I was obviously displeased. When I attempted to contact the front desk, the manager knew we were upset (due to contacting the booking agency) and immediately told the staff member that just clocked in for his shift to handle our complaint and immediately left the property due to shift change even though it is his job to handle customer complaints. I was offered a different room, that was also dirty. I was in the room for maybe 5 minutes, and decided to find a different accommodations last minute for the holiday weekend. Hotel did not refund our first night based on policy, even though I did not feel the room was sanitary. Strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    It was very clean and the staff was very polite and friendly.
    That the pool and sauna didn't open up until 10 am, with check out at 11 am. It would have been nice to use early in the morning, giving customers more time to enjoy.
