    We had w rooms in the reservation. 2nd room was still dirty from last tenants and was never turned over.

    Good value for Couer d Alene
    This hotel is a good value for CDA, which generally has very expensive lodging. There is a free breakfast with the room, but it wasn't great - not bad, but not good either. It's good that they allow pets and have a large outdoor area for dogs. The fresh cookies at check in were great.
    The hotel is hard to find and get to - poor signage, etc. I contacted them for early check in but never got a call back confirming like they should have. The lamps in the room had USB ports for charging phones, but they didn't work.

    Room was absolutely Freezing, it was filthy, coffee pot was disgusting, couldnt have paid staff to smile, coffee wasnt available in lounge till 7.

    Clean room pleasant employees And the best price in town.
    I just had coffee it was as expected, but the breakfast looked well and other people were enjoying it.
    I had to move my vehicle close to the front desk because of street people wearing all black clothing and black facemask hanging around the parking lot. I saw two of them walking and one on a bicycle for a total of three people out in the rain doing only what you can imagine you do in the shadows at night. This side of the building I originally parked in. I noticed nobody else was parked there.
