Well the room is right for its price. The heating system for this season is also right. The mini store for the necessity in the reception area is also vast. The breakfast also is abundant.

That the elevator keeps the smell of the clients, on our first day of stay the smell of the elevator was insupportable that we tried to cover our nose or not breath until it open, it was a terrible one. The noise from the room above us was very noticeable. It might be evitated if clients can respect the rules written in the corridor.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable The bathroom had no heat, so when outside is around zero, inside was pretty cold The bathtub floor was very dirty / stained

The location is central, 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the city center. The stuff is very kind.

The rooms are below the standard of B&B hotels. I have stayed in 4 different B&B hotels so far in Italy and Germany, and this was below my expectations (earlier, I was always satisfied with the B&B hotels). Room needs refurbishment, as well as the bathroom. Shower cabin is too small and the water does not drain. Toilet seat cannot be raised, and the paper holder is broken. Cleaning could be better.
