    Budget option with good parking
    Location was good for us to visit La Rochelle and Ile de Re since we had a car, and this hotel has a good parking lot. Brian (assume he is the manager?) was very nice and helpful and spoke English very well, which was great for us. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Ok for a budget hotel.
    Check in time at 5 pm felt a little late. Room was small - fine for 1 person, but a little small for 2. Also, it was not especially comfortable. The one chair was wood (no padding) and the bed came with only 2 pillows - probably ok for most people, but we usually like 2 pillows per person. (We should have asked Brian for two more pillows.)

    Seedbed its purpose as a transit hotel. Could of been a lot better though.
    Receptionist and nice hot shower were the only positives
    Refill the shampoo containers in the bathroom, 2 pillows each and better quality, whole facility tired and cheap feel about it all.

    Location on the outskirts, free parking, the electronic check in system is available when the reception is closed. Staff is friendly. Clean and comfy rooms.
    The breakfast could be a bit better but it included acceptable options.
